Your customer base is one of your company's biggest assets. Learn how to use it to your advantage by keeping in touch “the right way.”

In this live workshop, presented by Deborah Nelson, you will spend about an hour and a half deep diving into why it is so important to not neglect this very important aspect of essential marketing. We'll also cover some creative things you can do to manage this task easily and effectively.

You will be guided on what kind of information you need to collect from your clients — and why — plus how to use it to your advantage. Some of the things covered will be how to garner repeat business, how to get your clients to refer and review you, and a little bit into CRM management.

Plus, we will explore different ways to keep your name in front of your clients even long after your service has been done. 

All of our Essential Marketing courses come with instructor availability so you can submit questions pertaining to any lesson. The course also includes valuable resources plus you will be subscribed to our Community of Practice (CoP) discussion group where you can post and share with your instructors as well as your fellow peers.

This is a LIVE workshop. Call (407) 567-7680 (or live chat with us) to register. You will be given date and time options. Once you are registered you will get a welcome email with your student dashboard login and instructions and the link to log onto the live workshop via your computer or smart phone.

The workshop is about an hour and a half. 

As soon as you are registered, you can log into your student dashboard to access the Community and download course resources. Once you complete the course you will be able to print your certificate of completion.

Throughout the lessons, students can post lesson specific questions through the lesson discussion panel and instructors will provide feedback. Students will also have access to on-going support through the Community of Practice (CoP) Discussion Group. Many other valuable support resources are available as well.
