This course is designed to provide the knowledge and the tools necessary to be successful in this specialized sector of the stone and tile restoration industry.
This course is taught by Frederick M. Hueston, an internationally recognized stone and tile consultant, historic property preservation expert, and failure investigator.

Fred Hueston
Fred Hueston has extensive experience in historic stone and tile preservation. He has worked on numerous buildings on the National Register of Historical places including state capitols as well as several government buildings in Washington DC. He has provided advice for the White House as well as the US Capitol, the Smithsonian Institute, the Supreme Court and other government buildings.
He has also consulted on many historic projects including stone replacement, repair and preservation. He has published numerous articles on the subject and frequently presents seminars to architects, conservators and others as well as teaching stone and tile industry contractors the specialized service of historic preservation.
